This advanced course focuses on strategic service delivery for residential plumbing fixtures. While building on installation and repair skills, students will learn to diagnose complex fixture issues and master the art of professional communication. The curriculum emphasizes building homeowner trust, identifying upgrade opportunities, and ethically presenting solutions that balance customer advocacy with company profitability.
Students will practice real-world scenarios to strengthen their confidence in discussing value-added services and recommending preventative maintenance, ensuring graduates can confidently handle any fixture-related service call while preserving the customer’s confidence.
